e-Quality is an application to support vocational schools in the implementation of the self-assessment process and the preparation of self-assessment reports.
Each school accesses the application via e-kvaliteta.asoo.hr or via the Agency’s website and the e-Quality link. Schools log in to the app with their username and password. The application is divided into Header and Module. The application header contains the following functions: Instructions, Manual, Password, and Logout.
The main parts of the application are Modules. The e-Quality network tool contains 4 modules; School, Self-assessment, Statistics and News.
The School uses School and Self-Assessment Modules to prepare the School Report. The School module enables the entry of basic data on the institution, the storage of key school documents, statutes and decisions on the implementation of educational programs, and the entry of data on sectors and employees of the school as well as on programs and students. The Self-Assessment module provides guidelines for the implementation of the process and enables the preparation of self-assessment reports. The application also allows schools to attach evidence and cite sources of evidence to corroborate the numerical grades and judgments given in the self-assessment report.
