A large number of the Agency’s activities in the field of international cooperation are related to participation in working bodies, networks and initiatives of the European Union in the field of vocational education and adult education, where we actively represent the Republic of Croatia. At workshops, conferences and working meetings, we monitor, contribute to the creation, development and monitoring of various European policies and tools in the field of vocational education. By participating in these bodies and networks, the Agency aims to improve and raise the quality of the national system of vocational education and training and adult education.
The working bodies and networks in which the Agency participates and represents Republic of Croatia are:
- ACVT (European Commission’s Advisory Committee on Vocational Education and Training) – assists the European Commission in implementing EU policies in the field of vocational education and training
- European Network for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) – brings together representatives of Member States, social partners and the European Commission to develop and improve quality assurance in European vocational education and training systems in the context of implementing the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework – the Agency is the Croatian Reference Point for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (QAVET.HR)
- European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) – the network connects all VET stakeholders developed and implemented by ECVET, a European instrument designed to promote mutual trust and mobility in vocational education and training.
