{"id":714,"date":"2020-12-09T09:16:59","date_gmt":"2020-12-09T08:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.asoo.hr\/en\/?p=714"},"modified":"2020-12-29T09:19:12","modified_gmt":"2020-12-29T08:19:12","slug":"professional-development-seminar-for-mentors-in-companies-and-teachers-in-the-dual-education-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asoo.hr\/en\/2020\/12\/09\/professional-development-seminar-for-mentors-in-companies-and-teachers-in-the-dual-education-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Professional development seminars for mentors in companies and teachers in the dual education system"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of Science and Education and Agency for VET and Adult Education have prepared a series of professional development seminars aimed at developing and continuing successful cooperation with companies and student mentors in companies (monitor and guide students during their practical work experience) and at improving pedagogic competences of teachers and mentors participating in the dual education system.<\/p>\n<p>The module encompasses following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operative planning and programming in the dual education system;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and evaluating student\u2019s achievements in work based learning;<\/li>\n<li>Motivational talks in the dual education system;<\/li>\n<li>Teaching students with learning disabilities the dual education system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The module will be held online, based on guided learning.
