It encompasses learning in all periods of life (from early youth to old age) and in all forms in which it is realized (formal, non-formal and informal). You can find more information at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cjelozivotno-ucenje.hr\/\">www.cjelozivotno-ucenje.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The concept of lifelong learning is the idea of systematizing learning in all periods of life (from early youth to old age) and in all forms in which it is realized (formal, non-formal and informal). Learning is a continuous process in which the results and motivation of an individual to learn in a certain period of life are conditioned by the knowledge, habits and experiences of learning acquired at a younger age. The concept of lifelong learning is most often associated with goals of an economic nature, such as achieving greater competitiveness and lasting employability. On the other hand, equally important goals that contribute to a more active role of the individual in society must not be neglected.
