Component of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) for the project "Access to education by students with disabilities ". One  vocational school, three organizations and three centers have successfully developed their project proposals and won this tender.

Ministry of Science, Education and Sports has developed this grant scheme under the Operational Programme Human Resources Development in order to increase the educational achievements of high school students with disabilities, in accordance with their needs and labor market needs as well as their overall social inclusion.

The vast majority of children (students) and young people with disabilities lack the support of society in everyday life. In order to meet their special needs, instruments need to be put in place that enable the development of individual educational plans and the provision of additional education for teachers and other educational staff working with children (students) with disabilities. As many schools lack experts there is a need to provide support to schools, teachers and children (students).

The establishment of these and similar instruments, supports the development of individual educational programms and the provision of additional education for teachers and other educational staff working with children (students) with disabilities.

The tender for this grant scheme was performed by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education which will also provide all necessary support to the selected applicants during the implementation of their projects.
